Following the 2018 World Health Organization Astana Declaration on Primary Health Care, the global imperative for further developing pharmacy’s place in primary health care has never been stronger. The International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) aims to work with its partners and members to bring together leaders and professionals across all regions of the world to progress this imperative. The conference, “Envisioning the future together: Transforming pharmacy for better primary health care”, will be held in Amman, Jordan on April 25 & 26 and will be FIP’s first regional conference, organised jointly with the Jordan Pharmacists Association (JPA) and supported by the EMRPharm Forum.
